Letzte ("Last") was Bätterkinden Tobacco AG's most popular brand. The tobacco company had a reciprocal agreement with the art gallery. The company funded the gallery's move to Berlin in return for right of first refusal on the sale of all major artworks. The characteristic drip and grid motif of the "Swiss Standard Painting" can be seen on the package design.
